Asus ZenFone Series of Smartphones Launched at MWC 2018

Asus ZenFone 5 Lite Smartphone 

 

Asus on 28 Feb launched its ZenFone 5 Series of phones at MWC 2018 in Barcelona, Spain, the firm launched the ZenFone 5 Lite smartphone. The device comes with a 6-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels along with an 80.3 percent screen-to-body ratio. The handset is powered by Snapdragon 630 SoC with Adreno 505 GPU and it comes with a 3/4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, that can be expandable via microSD card (up to 2TB) with its own dedicated card slot.


The ZenFone 5 Lite packs a dual rear camera setup, with the primary rear camera sporting a 16-megapixel sensor and secondary camera sports an 8-megapixel sensor, 120-degree wide-angle lens on the front camera packs a 20-megapixel Sony IMX376 sensor with a f/2.0 aperture and secondary camera sports an 8-megapixel sensor. The device is available in Midnight Black, Moonlight White, and Rouge Red color option. Connectivity options on the smartphone include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, FM radio, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Micro-USB.

Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) specifications:

 

The newly launched Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) comes with a 6.2 inches 1080 x 2246 pixels touchscreen display with  Corning Gorilla Glass. The phone is powered by a Quad-core Snapdragon 636 processor with 4/6GB of RAM and 64GB internal space, expandable up to 400GB via microSD card. It will be available in two color variants - Midnight Blue and Meteor Silver.


The Asus ZenFone 5 (ZE620KL) packs a 12-megapixel primary camera with the 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The dual-SIM mobile runs Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box, with the company's new ZenUI 5.0 skin a top and sports a 3300 mAh Non-removable Li-Ion battery.

 

Asus ZenFone 5Z (ZS620KL) specifications:

 

The new Asus ZenFone 5Z comes with a 6.2-inch full-HD+ (1080x2246 pixels) display with a 19:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with a 4/6/8GB RAM and 64/128/256GB internal storage that can be expandable via microSD card (up to 2TB), which has its own dedicated card slot.
It packs a dual rear camera setup 12+8-megapixel camera, Sony IMX363 sensor coupled with a f/1.8 aperture, 83-degree field of view, 24mm equivalent focal length in 35mm film camera, front camera bears an 8-megapixel  front side camera sensor. The connectivity options include are 4G VoLTE, 3G, NFC, USB Type-C, Bluetooth v5. 0, Wi-Fi.  The ZenFone 5Z will be available in the same color options as the ZenFone 5Z - Midnight Blue and Meteor Silver.

Asus ZenFone Max (M1) (ZB555KL) 

 

Asus ZenFone Max (M1) (ZB555KL) smartphone was launched on 28 Feb 2018.  The device comes with a 5.5-inch HD+ with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1440 pixel and 2.5D curved glass on top. The handset has available two processor variants – octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 and octa-core Snapdragon 430 coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage that expandable via microSD card up to 256GB. The ZenFone Max (M1) (ZB555KL) will be available in Deepsea Black, Sunlight Gold, and Ruby Red color option.
It has a dual-rear camera setup, with a 13+8-megapixel primary sensor coupled with a f/2.0 aperture, dual-LED flash and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The dual-SIM mobile runs on Android 8.0 Oreo and powered by a 4000mAh battery. On the connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
